During peak season, water is precious in Spain, and it is possible that, in times of high demand,

There's no need to program the air conditioning to 18°C; you'll see that a temperature of around 24-25°C is sufficient.

Swimming Pool
Swimming pools in Spain do not need to be fenced, which makes them easier to enjoy.
Therefore, please always restrict access for children who cannot swim unless they are supervised.
THE OWNERS DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY ACCIDENT IN OR AROUND THE POOL
Please shower before using the pool and observe basic hygiene practices.
Children are advised against running around the pool as some of the paving stones may be slippery.
Louis and Tom maintain the pool twice a week.
The pool can be lit by using the switch located on the low wall at the end of the terrace, under the left-hand lamppost. The switch turns on the pool lights and the two lampposts on the back wall. Please do not leave the pool and outdoor lights on all night.
The use of glasses is prohibited in the pool. Plastic cups are available in the kitchen.
Please do not burn candles by the pool.
The lawn by the pool is artificial turf. Please do not throw cigarette butts or food on it.
Lounge area
Please handle the large parasol with care. It can be oriented in various ways using the

Final important remarks
The only people authorized to enter the property during your stay are Louis/Valérie/Tom and the gardener, José Garcia. He maintains the garden and palm trees every other Wednesday morning.
The tap water is safe to drink but has a chlorinated taste . We recommend drinking bottled water.
You should only flush toilet paper down the toilet.
Bring mosquito repellent; some years they are very numerous.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area; please respect the neighbors.
