Your arrival

  • To prepare for your arrival, we ask that you contact Louis via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your arrival, informing him of your estimated arrival date and time at the villa.

  • Arrivals are from 4:00 PM.

  • On the day of your arrival you will be greeted by Louis or Valérie. They will give you two sets of 3 keys: one for the gate access to the property, one for the gate at the front door, and one for the front door itself.

  • They will conduct a complete tour of the house with you and carry out an inventory. They will also read the meters. These readings are intended to prevent excessive water or electricity consumption.

  • Always check that the gates close properly when you leave the house. If they don't, check that your vehicle isn't in the sensor's beam or that gravel isn't obstructing the closure.

  • In each bedroom and in the living room, near the French doors, you will find the key to the gates. Please return the keys to their place after use. The keys to the back door leading to the patio and to the gate are located on the door, nearby, or on the entrance sideboard.

  • When you leave the house, make sure you have the key in your possession because the front door slams shut and cannot be opened without a key!

  • The gates can remain open throughout your stay.

  • If you wish to prevent children from accessing the pool or garden, you can ask Louis to put padlocks on the patio gates.

Your departure at the end of your stay

  • On your departure day, we ask that you vacate the house by 10:00 AM at the latest to allow time for cleaning the villa before the arrival of the next guests, which is sometimes on the same day.

  • Louis and/or Valérie will meet you for a check-out inspection of the villa just before your departure. They will take meter readings.

  • Before your departure:

    • The dishwasher must be emptied and the dishes put away.

    • The fridge needs to be emptied.

    • The barbecue and griddle need to be cleaned.

    • The bins must be emptied and removed.

    • Bed sheets must be removed and left at the foot of the beds

    • All keys must of course be returned.

  • In the event of damage to the villa or failure to comply with the rules described on this site, Louis will inform the owner.

Important information
In the event of arrival and/or departure outside of working days (Sunday and public holidays) and working hours (after 7:00 p.m. for arrivals and before 8:00 a.m. for departures), Louis will ask you to pay him a fee in cash which will not exceed €50.
